Aspirations to create a recognized destination facility for the treatment and management of various Musculo-Skeletal conditions have proven successful. A significant factor contributing to such success has been the introduction of a very specific form of manual therapy known as Myofascial Release.
Throughout the last 10 years, 6 full time therapists within the facility have chosen to study, practice and proficiently use Advanced Myofascial Release Techniques as a main treatment modality. The in depth approach as taught by John F. Barnes P.T. (www.myofascialrelease.com) has provided the most comprehensive means of treatment favourably effecting various conditions, reducing pain, restoring optimal motion, function and ultimately assisting with physical, emotional and spiritual integration.
Such progressive growth has resulted in an opportunity to relocate the 51st St E. office of Saskatoon Therapeutic Massage Centre Ltd. to a private stand alone facility.
Effective November 1st 2010, Myo-Therapies Myofascial Treatment Centre and Massage , opened at #205 Fairmont Drive, Saskatoon. Myo-Therapies, will operate as "A Division of Saskatoon Therapeutic Massage Centre Ltd.". The introduction of Myo-Therapies is intended to more effectively describe the primary focus of the facility to our existing clientele, new clientele, referring Physicians, Colleagues and associated Healthcare providers.
Myo-Therapies and its team of highly effective Advanced Myofascial Release therapists will continue to provide the same consistent rehabilitative services as provided at the former 51st Street location of Saskatoon Therapeutic Massage Centre Ltd.
