Myo-Therapies reserves the right to charge the respective 1 hour treatment fee for all cancelled or missed appointments in the event 24hrs notice has not been received.
The missed appointment fee must be cleared prior to scheduling further appointments.
There will be a $15.00 fee applied to all returned cheques.
